Note: Drivers on a residence visa must hold a valid UAE driving license that should be a minimum of 6 months old. If the UAE license is less than 6 months old, we require a local license from the driver's home country as a supporting document to ensure full insurance coverage.

Note: For drivers on a visit visa, a valid international driver's permit issued by the country of origin, along with the national license, is required. However, tourist from EU and all valid countries are exempt from having an international driver's permit. The list of  valid countries can be checked by the Road & Transport Authority of UAE's website.

All type of payments can be paid through using any debit or credit card, cash, USD or any other valid currency as per the current exchange rate.

Depending upon the type of vehicle you choose, a security deposit amount is required at the time of renting a car. A minimum security deposit amount is 1000 for resident & 1500 for tourist. This amount will be refunded to you after completion of 30 days from the date of vehicle return.

Note: For security deposit payment, only debit or credit (visa & master) card will be used.

All our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. In the event of an accident where you are at fault or in a "Hit and Run" situation where the third party is unidentified, a minimum liability will be AED 1,500 subject to a total loss situation. However, you can choose SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) at an extra cost when signing the agreement. Please note that a police report is mandatory in all cases.

As the primary user of the vehicle, it will be your responsibility to bring it in for service and maintenance. Since we are not aware of the current kilometre reading, you will need to inform us when the service is due. Rest assured, we will also monitor and remind you when service is overdue. To make suitable arrangements for service, please contact our operations department at least 24 hours in advance.

During maintenance or in the event of an accident, we will provide a replacement vehicle. However, for accident-related replacements, we will require the original police report to be handed over to us. The replacement vehicle will be selected from our replacement fleet and will be a similar vehicle, though not necessarily the same make and model.

Our offer is based on a maximum monthly usage of 4,500 kilometers. The daily and weekly usage are set to 200 and 1400 respectively. For any additional usage beyond the maximum limit, an additional charge of AED 0.50 fills per kilometer will apply for the hatchback & sedan cars. For SUVs AED 1 per kilometer will be charged.

A fee of AED 5.25/- will be applied for each crossing Toll (Salik).

In accordance with government regulations, knowledge fees will be imposed, and a 10% administrative surcharge with VAT on top of that will be added to all fines. It is mandatory to settle all charges and fines in full within 3 days of notification and upon returning the car.

Please note that our delivery and pickup services are available within Dubai. For delivery & pick up services in other emirates may subject to availability of staff . Please be aware that no pickups will be made on Sundays or public holidays. One day prior notice is mandatory for car collection.

The hirer is responsible for accepting and paying all fines, road tolls, road taxes, and expenses resulting from violations of traffic, municipality, and local laws. The owner reserves the right to charge these fees to the hirer's account or credit card, or transfer them to the driving license without prior approval, regardless of any delay and without a predefined time limit.

The hirer is responsible for covering any costs associated with loss, damage, rental, legal, and service charges incurred during the period in which the vehicle is impounded or taken over by the traffic department, police, RTA, municipality, or any other government authority due to any offense committed by the hirer.
